The 2016 Kitchen of the Year Is Packed With Hidden Surprises
Every year, we concoct a definitive exhibit of culinary distinct advantages and astonishing style patterns. This time, designer Matthew Quinn joined proficiency with style, absolutely rethinking what a home kitchen can be — at any rate until next year.
A Lewis crystal fixture and Leyden sconces from Hudson Valley Lighting light up the Atlanta kitchen. Thanks to a brisk chill highlight, Thermador's under-counter icebox drawers bring down the temperature of refreshments to an ideal 33 degrees — an aid when the homeowner tosses a party.
The worked in Thermador espresso station mixes espresso and coffee, with a steam wand that froths drain for cappuccinos and lattes; a cabinet beneath stocks espresso, sugar, mugs and spoons.
