In the living room of Anne Miller's Greenwich house, a frilly classical birdcage is home to three pigeons. Silk fabric drapes, Como by the Silk Trading Co., from a Louis XVI composition work area. Custom hand-painted de Gournay divider boards. Roof paint is Fog Mist by Benjamin Moore. Included in April 2007 issue.

Intricate one end to the other covering—Stark's Chartres 27 Petit Point — and antique French bergères upholstered in white Scalamandré silk loan the living room its quality of a Parisian salon. Club seats and couch are canvassed in blue silk from Christopher Hyland.

The breakfast room table is set with Anne Miller's accumulation of English blue-and-white china and antique cranberry glass. Antique Windsor seats and oak stool were found in London. Backdrop is Colbrooke Sprig by Cowtan and Tout.

The kitchen's lively unsettled pendant lights are from Vaughan with Cowtan and Tout Chelsea Plaid silk embeds. Stone floor tiles are from Waterworks.

The anteroom's fake marble stairs and melon dividers - August Morning by Benjamin Moore - are set off by Tisca Tiara Elysee Coral fleece cover. Mill operator designed the stairway with press axles and metal handles that resemble gems. Straw caps lay on sticks that had a place with Miller's dad. Highlighted in April 2007 issue.
A New Romantic Bedroom
Walls in the main bedroom are painted Marilyn's Dress by Benjamin Moore. The bedside tableskirt is Diamond Patchwork dupioni silk from the Silk Trading Co. Bedside light is by Vaughn. Bed cloths and sham are Matouk.
